A Rare Moment





I stood in a place where the ocean kissed the sky

I said to myself, oh my 0 my

Suddenly, an angel came flying by

His wings were spread far and wide, they touched the earth from side to side

I saw a glow on his face as he hovered over this beautiful space

He looked directly into my face with a smile I felt his grace

I felt no fear as I gazed in a stare

The smell of lavender filled the air

For in that moment I hadn’t a care

I awoke to a moment so rare

Knowing Jesus was there.
