Doing it alone is a thing of the past.

Because for help, I'm able to ask.

It takes courage, strength, and a lot of pride.

But life is so much better, being alive.



Don't check out and want to die.

Life is a struggle, and life can be a bitch.

But please talk to someone if you get that itch.

Because death is final, you don't get to come back.

There is help for you, have no fear.

It starts with you and the answer you may give.

If you are ever asked ‘the question' please don't fib.





Someone cares about you, probably more than you know.

Let them help you, it's time to grow.

And with work, hard work, you will shine.

Sure, it takes a bit of time.



Look at me for an example, I'm doing great.

For many years that wasn't always the case.

But here I am with everything to gain.

My life is not perfect, I still feel the pain.



I'm healing like a Warrior and it's your time.

Protect yourself, especially from you.
