I saw you
As you stood by
Watched a man beaten 
Till he died

All the while
You had a smile on your face
 just watching 
Not once did you look away 

And your profession
A nurse that’s a laugh
Your supposed to save lives
You had a chance

But no you stood and grinned
Indifference
Not a shred of compassion
Your soul is dead within 

And the others 
Complacent as they were
Just as guilty
I wouldn’t want to be the juror

Each of these participants 
14 in all
Had a hand in murder 
Like dominoes they shall fall

Police officers have a duty to
To serve and protect
But the 13 police officers and nurse 
Are nothing but gutter rats

Indifference and complicity 
Come to mind
                MURDER
This was a senseless crime
