I'm Thinking Today, My Love

By Anthony Cocozza, Army

Writing Type: Songs Lyrics

By Anthony Cocozza
VA Medical Center--Los Angeles, CA

I'm thinking today, my love,
Of all that we've shared,
All the years you made me happy
By showing me you cared.
You've given me encouragement
By brightening my way.
You've listened to all of my problems
And always knew what to say.
I'm thinking today, my love,
Of all the sweet things you've done,
All the memories we've known,
All the laughter and fun.
And I just wanted to say,
On this day we're apart,
Oh, my darling, yes, I love you
True with all of my heart.
